When I had the honor of meeting some people in my community who were active in the practice of TNR – Trap/Neuter/Return- I was overwhelmed by their dedication and personal sacrifice in providing for the wellbeing of countless unowned cats who could not possibly “do them any good” in return. Their selflessness is truly inspiring and a perfect example of what it means to be our “others” keepers. This blog is dedicated to spotlighting the good work of those who care enough to show “hospitality to strangers” and the possibility that They Might Be Angels.
Another quote that I’ve contemplated many times is,
“The true measure of a man is how he treats someone who can do him absolutely no good.”
-Samuel Johnson
