They Might Be Angels offers an opportunity to consider the possibility of unmarked Angels. In the loosest interpretation of what an archetypical Angel might be, TMBA views the concept through a lens of what we want Angels to be. Guardians, messengers, guides, benefactors, protectors and an endless list of of problem solvers that we can conjure up and beckon in our moments of need. In short, any source outside of ourselves that can magically intervene and turn a bad situation around can feel like an angelic happenstance. They Might Be Angels is offered in the spirit of adjusting that aperture and allowing a refocus on past encounters and events in our lives. It’s about realizing the unexpected good outcomes that came to us packaged in bad situations. I look forward to our conversations and please share your own stories if you feel compelled.

When all you can do is grow a pair (of wings) and awaken the Angel within… What keeps us moving forward when just giving up and shutting down would make more sense? We’ve all experienced times of despair that left us questioning our existence, wondering what’s the point of all this? Although I’ve never seriously thought about just ending it all, there have been many times when it seemed like living was overrated. But even in those lowest points, some spark of inspiration has ignited and kept the lights on.
Along with a few hundred more words to explain why one word is enough… Sometimes angelic intervention comes in the form of just one word. When I’m too overwhelmed to get into mediation mode and just need to find a measure of sanity for the moment I’m in, often just contemplating one word gets me there. When the roads get rough, it’s just another little workaround…one word at a time.
